You'll miss SPT Blackpool
I will advertise for new front of house.
Save the ad money and hire me! Same hair colour, but more of it. Kinda know a bit of poker stuff. Nearly a bloke. And I'm not shy! What more could you ask for?
Sorry Dawn, a minimum level of photographic skills are required, & yours are shit. Stick to laying turf, imo.
Have you seen your pics lately?! Oh wait...of course not. Can't see through the blurs. Mine are definitely less shit than yours.
Although Tighty has a fair point. What if I throw in headphones?

I'm not sure I much enjoy sexual innuendo, all seems a bit samey these days.
I'm interested in this.
Is that your true opinion, or a vehicle for the subsequent piece?
Your diary is littered with sexual innuendo. Funny, clever, subtle sexual innuendo admittedly, but sexual innuendo never-the-less.
I've lost count of your 'stiffies' and offers to sire / bear the children of various people / bits of machinery.
Have you found religion?

NO religion on this thread, please!
I suppose what I mean is that most of it - innuendo - is so unoriginal & transparent. I prefer it a little more subtle, where, on occasion, it's not quite so obvious, & requires a little thought.
Sometimes I begin to think I'm just a grumpy old bastard, but fortunately, everyone here soon dissuades me of that view.

I've had a few of those in my time, If I had realised what it would be like when I was in my forties I would have saved up the other halves too.

Vegas trip - BOOKED
Flight - BOOKED
Hotel - BOOKED
Media Pass - RECEIVED
ESTA - SORTED
Outbound - SUNDAY 17th JUNE
Homebound - FRIDAY 13th JULY
17th June to 2nd July inclusive, playing.
3rd July - 13th July - working.
Can't wait, counting the sleeps.
Just got to decide what to play, now.
It is between....
Daily Venetian &/or Caesars Deepies. Nice Tourneys, but all, or mostly, NLH.
Shop around for Omaha & mixed game Tourneys. There are a few, mostly quite small, but thats OK.
Play a few WSOP Omaha &/or 8 or better Tourneys. Very tempting, but at a few thousand $$$'s a throw, slightly worrying, I could easily drop $10k quickly.
Play more Omaha & 8 or better cash. Tempting, too. I made good money at these last year, but found table selection crucial.
Likely to take around $10,000 or so, seems a bit daft to take more, as it is so easy to let it slip through the fingers in Vegas, & I don't want to be sulking for the next 3 months at being daft with money if I lose it.
Decisions, decisions.
The work period will be good, too. We expect to take 8 or 10 players with us, with 2 of us to host them, so that's a comfortable ratio.
Plan to do more Interviews to camera, for You Tube this year - we got vey good "clicks" for these last year - &, as usual, daily blogs, which also get excellent clicks, & these got more daily hits the longer I did them. They are almost spam free, which helps, too. I have done a few pieces for the poker print media already, & these include puff for the videos & blogs, so I'm hopeful for good numbers. It's these things which help justify the cost of sending me there, so they are very important.
Once again, the costs of the trip - poker excepted - are being paid for by next door, which is an amazing thing. I don't plan to let them down though, & will give them good value.
I'm excited! Don't think that's supposed to happen at my age.
Whatever they're showing at Bally's looks interesting.
Sorry for being unoriginal and transparent

I think all of the subtle sexual innuendo has gone right over my head.
Saw this and thought of you Tony...
Explain, please

Lol, great question Graham. I'l reply on my Diary, if you don't mind, as I have a bit of a Charlotte Jackson fixation, and I'm not sure the Betting Board is ready for my Charlotte photos.

You should be able to fit in a round of golf with chompy and me at Melton Mowbray GC before that.
I've suggested this as a suitable venue:
