They were discussing a deal which would have given me around $3,000.

Mid discussion, I found A-2-4-Q and potted it.

Fella flatted me.

I missed the lot but jammed, he called with bottom pair. (4).

I failed to improve and am BUSTO.

Got $1,177.

Delighted for Doobs though, he was overdue.

No complaints, I ran pretty good today.

My accident was with the mighty 2367 single suited, which is a button raise in anybody's books.  Flop comes the fantastic A89 rainbow.  I bet and we end up going nuts for a near 1 million pot out of 2.3m total.  He has 234J, which isn't nearly as pretty.  Turn ace, river ace, and J4 high wins.  Left me with less than 1 big blind at 12k/24k, but luckily I can play that stack size pretty perfectly.

Sure Tikay is going to add this move to his arsenal tomorrow.

Good to see some good players on my first hi lo tourney today !
I was mainly playing the hi as I don't get the lo bit yet
A ten minute roulette heater saw me spin $400 to $ 4200 cashing out $3900
After doing my accounts I have my starting $$$ all food drink tips n hotels so far for me n Denise plus an I pad -value $1160'and $ 800 cash on top
After a week n half I'm happy with that Smiley
