tikay, when are you going to sell that house that you never live in, buy a camper van and sod off and do your bucket list ??
Not trying to get rid of you or anything, it's just that I hope one day I am in a position to do just that ... don't waste the opportunity.
Kev's bucket list please?
Blimey, good shout.
How long do I get to write it up ?
And if every one else does theirs, we could add another 100 pages to the old mans diary
Kev diary thread FTW imo
LOL ... I doubt anyone would want to read the ramblings of a grumpy middle aged madman !!

book list

It had slipped my mind. I had not forgotten.
I am on with the List, actually, but I have so many books, it's a job to reduce it to 10. I'm trying to do it one a basis of "one per category". Science, autobiographies, diarists, thoroughbred racehorse breeding, "survival", sport, businessmen/businesses, politics, real crime, etc. If you look at it that way, it's tough.
Imagine, for example, selecting just ONE book on Sport - any sport or sportsperson. Nightmare.

I adore the variety of jobs I get here.
Today,....
I'm answering players questions - "why use Blinds in Poker, we dont have then in 3 card brag?". Quite so.
Recording a short piece to camera - a forfeit/prop bet - with Lisa-Marie.
Attending a Meeting.
Discussing PTP, TKO & TP.
Playing Online Omaha Tourneys & Cash tonight.
Reviewing a book. "Winning Cash Game Poker", by Carl Sampson.
Real curate's egg stuff.
please post review here.ty

You busy old man ?
Strewth. I've been on London a week except for one day.
I need to be in London on Friday-Sunday.
I am going home Wednesday night.
So Thursday is not looking good. And I need a day off, to be honest, my batteries are a bit flat.

My mother, who was a
very
wise woman, used to quote the following proverb:
"BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, LUNCH LIKE A PRINCE, DINE LIKE A PAUPER".
So, typically, I will have a cup of coffee for breakfast, a snack at lunch and stuff myself stupid just before going to bed.
I often wonder why I'm in such bad shape, it really puzzles me.

Vince! Welcome.
I don't approve of your dietary plan at all. It's likely to make you sleepy in the evenings, too.
Good luck in tonight's TKO, by the way. 1,400 runners in an Omaha Tourney, of which 1,100 have never played Omaha. Carnage is guaranteed.

Palestine !
and after all this time, it looks like i was right...
The name "Palestine" is the cognate of an ancient word meaning "Philistines" or "Land of the Philistines"
