"Grannies eating" would be my guess.

just googled that and...well, let's just say I'm happy I didn't use the image search judging by the top few links

This is like watching people's reactions to 2 girls 1 cup - actually much better than watching the actual thing.

Well yes.  That is very true.  Even Sky Poker.

Absolutely over-run with stuff today, I'm in such a hole I don't know where to start, so I've given up for the day. Quitter.

Due to Newcastle SPT, I've effectively been Offline since Thursday afternoon, so a mass of catching up to do, & e-Mails & by the hundred to work through. Add to that, all the PR ex Newcastle SPT, plus I need to chat to the three new Team Sky Poker inductees & sort out photoshoots, apparel, Tourneys, when they will play Online as "featured" players, when they will come onto 865, how it works, da de da, & I wanted to do some VLV puff, too.

To my eternal shame, I've not been on the Sky Poker Forum since Thursday, either, so that'll take some working through, & once I open it, I need to clear stuff. So I bottled it today, like a wimp, though being up half last night at Luton in the £100 did not much help, either. But some good progress today on the Sky Poker sponsorship, with a few high-quality players coming across, so that's a big tick.

I need to write to, & thank, Camel, Carlo, & Mondo, who were all awesome at Newcy SPT, too. And I MUST Post a whole bunch of photos & stories from the Day. It was just wonderful, & all those tikay lookalikes blew me away. Look away when I Post the pictures, which I will.

So, the day has been a failure really, & I'm none too proud of myself.

I think tiredness is a big problem sometimes. Driving up on Friday, in atrocious weather, very long day Saturday, (10am - 4am) which ended with an hour stood in sub-zero temps trying to get a Taxi, then drive all the way back down to London again yesterday, (stopped for a kip halfway, as I was zonked), snow at the top end again, so bad road conditions, & like a bloody fool, I diverted into Luton on the way South & played the hundo, so never left there until 2am.

Rearrange this, really....

I, enemy, am, own, my, worst.

Not feeling good either, but that's a plus, a BIG plus, because.....

I weighed myself over the weekend. Groan. No wonder I feel shite.

Last year, I dropped 5 stone, from 16-6lb to 11st 6lbs.

My weight is now........13st 13lbs!

So I've lumped 2st 7lbs (half the loss) back on in a shade over 6 months. Actually, that's a typical one-year cycle for me, it was always so.

So, the diet began today.

I got me some new scales, & this morning they read 194.6lbs, which is, I think, 13st 13lbs.

Had salad & soup today, tomorrow I go buy the accessories - Ryvita, Oxo cubes, Phili-Lite, etc, & that's it, we are offf & running.

First target is to drop back to 12st, so, 1st 13lbs, which is 27 lbs. I reckon I ought to be nearly there within 2 months, so that's the deal - down to 12 stone by March 12th.

I want to be able to graph it, & Post the Graph on here daily, but don't know how to do that. Any clues, anyone?

The beauty of it is that I'll be feeling better within days, deffo by the weekend.

I'm pleased to bits.

I'll still have 2 Lattes per day, plus a salad & soup at lunchtime, graze on Ryvita & Phili Super-Lite, & white meat & grapes every night, with a few low-fat yoghourts thrown in now & then.

Just planning it makes me feel better.
