Memo to Stakers.

Arrived here mid-afternoon, & there were no 4pm Tourneys today, due to huge fields in the "Seniors" Events, which began @ 10.30 this morning for some reason.

So, I'm undecided whether to play a $10,000 WSOP Event, or maybe tonight's 7pm Venetian $200 TurboCrapShoot. Perhaps better go easy today, so our first event is in 90 minutes time, being....

Venetian, $200 Nightly.

Not sure what it costs to enter, probably $220 or $230, will advise later. It's not the greatest comp, but I'm itching to play, so that's the deal. I'll do a brief Tourney report after I exit, which will probably be around 8pm.

I do of course have an insane edge in this sort of field, the problem is they are full of really bad players, & you know how it is, these bad players are so tough to beat, if only they did not exist, us great players would get the lot.

Good luck us.

No plans to Dan, no. I can pm you my regular number if you need it though, would be neat to meet up. Alternatively, I will be in the Media Centre every day from 6am - 11am, and in the afternoons at Venetian, Caesars, etc, playing in the regular tourneys.

I think the Venetian comps are like the WSOP this year, they take the juice from the entry as opposed to adding it in. I'll not be playing at the Palazzo until I move there on the 1st, will hopefully see you at Binions on the 26th if you don't play the WSOP 08 and best of luck in the meantime!!

Hi Marky.

Yes, just checked, the juice in these is "included" in the entry, for tonight's $200, it is 10% + 7%.....

Hope to see you at Binions if I am not skinto by then. Smiley

PS - I must say, your Vegas Info thread, with all the Fessie info, is really useful, thank you.

An Englishman Abroad, Part 1.

Anyone recognise this chap? You should, if you frequent The Vic, or G-Luton. Looks rather dapper, eh? Spotted tonight in Palazzo. It is NOT Chompy.

As you can see, he is on a Vegas health kick.

Thomas Cook announced te closure of their Bradford Office on Thursday, as they continue to attempt to survive.

On which thin pretence, I have an excuse to Post this, seen at Gatwick today.

Note, I got the whole thing, wings, the whole lot.
