Vegas Staking Update
I MAY have missed Doobsy, in which case (unless he is levelling me.....) I will add him to the list from the start, but for now....
Irene Nutcase Trip5 1%
Aaron/Machka, 5%
Alan Nice Man, 1%, maximum £65 spend agreed. PAID.
Plump Bloke, 2%.
Methuselah, 2%.
MerelyBurnMoney - 5%
Spend so far?
Venetian Sunday night - $200
Venetin Seniors, Monday - $600
Omaha Hi-Lo, Binions, Tuesday, $230
Omaha, Golden Nugget, Wednesday, $230
Spent so far = $1,260
Cashed so far - $4,160.
So each % staked = $29, I think. Monsta.
Today, it's either the $230 HORSE @ Golden Nugget, or the $500 HORSE @ Binions. As I have never played HORSE in my life, we'll probably go for the smaller one.
Doubt we'll nd the trip in profit, but at least we have not done the lot!
Don't worry about it. It was another thread a while ago before you started the list. I had seen the list and had ample opportunity to pipe up and didn't. Am flying out tomorrow, must try and say hello some time.

Congrats on the win.
Has the idea of you playing the Main ever been mentioned to your bosses at Sky ? I can't really see how it isn't win win for them and like everyone else on here, would love to see you play it. If you remember when we spoke about it I was pretty shocked that you hadn't played it multiple times, get it done already.

Thanks for all the questions and comments, will try and reply to everything soon as I bust this HORSE tourney thing. My feet have not touched the ground since I arrived here, having a ball, playing and working, but there are just not enough hours in the day to keep up with everything. will reply to the Staking thread stuff, too.
Loving this HORSE tourney, but I can't get my head round Limit, jeez. Good fun though.

Lol Ray, that must be the nut bored!
It is being repeated on the Channel currently, I believe, not seen it, but it always prompts a lot of messages and I've had loads about it recently, so that's my guess. Think it was cut into segments and put on the Sky Poker You Tube channel, too. If you are really desperate, I'll send you a CD of it. Think they are about to be remaindered......
How you doing on those SNG thingies?

2% please, backdated to the start of the Omaha tourney at Golden Chicken Nuggets.
Just off downtown now with a marker pen. There's a chirp board that needs some attention.
Thoughts on wearing flip-flops for a poker tournament?

I was a bit backdated on your diary and you'd mentioned it about 20 pages back, missed it originally. Checked youtube but couldn't find it
With one thing and another, all good things thankfully, I've rarely played the last couple of months. As money doesn't grow on trees though, I'll be back in the swing of it properly very soon, and looking forward to it.
I look forward to you finding the time to respond to the question about being completely busto, although it's not a very nice experience I think everyone should go through it once, makes the good times that little bit sweeter. Actually, maybe not everyone, just those lucky enough to have the opportunity to bounce back from it.

Staking Syndicate Update.
Venetian Sunday night - $200
Venetin Seniors, Monday - $600
Omaha Hi-Lo, Binions, Tuesday, $230
Omaha, Golden Nugget, Wednesday, $230
HORSE, Golden Nugget, Thursday, $230
Spent so far = $1,490
Cashed so far - $4,160.
Profit @ present = $2,670, so over 1% is currently worth $26.70.
Today's choices?
I'm not going to play any more NLHE this trip unless there are any "blank" days from Mixed Games or Omaha/Stud etc, so today's realistic Tourneys are......
Venetian, 4pm, $600 PLO
Caesars, 4pm, $200 PLO
Golden Nugget Noon, $230 Stud Hi-Lo.
Can I safely assume that the Nugget Hi-Lo Stud is POT Limit? I'll deffo not play it if it is Limit.
There is also a Stud Hi-Lo/Omaha "Mixed" WSOP Event today, $2,500, which I briefly toyed with the idea of dabbling, but it is Limit, so we can forget that.
Of those 3 Tourneys I listed, I've never played a Stud Hi-lo Tourney, and if it is not Limit, that appeals, but so do both of the PLO Events. I suspect the $600 @ Venetian would have a tougher field. Guess I could play the Noon Nugget Stud Hi-Lo, & if the wheels come off early, go play either of the two 4pm PLO's.
Any thoughts/advice?

Stakers are.....
Irene Nutcase Trip5 1%
Aaron/Machka, 5%
Alan Nice Man, 1%, maximum £65 spend agreed. PAID.
Plump Bloke, 2%.
Methuselah, 2%.
MerelyBurnMoney - 5%
PhilQ - 5%
I'm going to look & see if I can find the Post by Doobs asking for a bit, if I can, then he is in from Day One, too.
I was conscious that several people said "put me down for x if you do it", but I could not recall them all. I thought of sticking a Post up saying "remind me if you asked for a bit", but it would have sort of looked like I was touting for stakers, & I did not want to give that impression.
