Flushy and Deadman drew the same table. Was wandering around earlier and too polite to walk through the riffraff barriers and say hello. In Brazilia if anyone's interested.

Tal is now 30,000 feet in the air, on his way home, sadly, but I will come across when I am done at Golden Nugget.

Proper butcher job that one, eh?
Yes.
Need to have a word with your bosses to change the caption under your name for the telly:
Sky Poker HOLDEM AND OMAHA Expert.
Fair play to you for owning up, though. Or was it Officer Nilawina that kept you honest?
Didn't get maximum reward for a poor per flop call. TK nearly showed with one draw to come!!! Checking river you then missed a bet as he calls you with his 87 which he drew one to on the first draw and stood pat.
Saying that I lost my stack with a 76423 to the wheel so who am I to say how to play the hand. Then busted after re-raising all in against a medium stack with AAK9 in PLO and another stack came along for the ride with J823. Lost to nut flush and lost side pot to a straight.
Good luck Tony

Meanwhile, in this 8 Game malarky, after 8 levels I still have starting stack of 15,000, with the average @ 18,500. 79 of 98 remain.
Blinds?
Ante 200, Blinds either 400-1,000 or 500-1,000. (?).

Ugh, unlucky.
You not staying for the 5pm PLO8, $125 entry? Looks a nice comp.
Bugger at me nearly showing my hand a street too early. That's 4 mistakes, and counting......

Add to those Blind Levels 100-250 for NLH, after it appeared there had been some confusion as to correct increments.
Dreadful lack of respect for the poor dealers, who are doing their best to deal an unfamiliar game, it is just awful to see and hear the rudeness they are being subjected to.
Old lady to my right is really being personal and objectionable to the young dealer. The wrong blind level thing cost her 700 of her chips.
Old people can be so rude, can't be doing with them.

I'm struggling to understand how at 1236 Tal can be wandering about the Rio, but at 1252 be 30,000 feet in the air. He's too clever for me that one.

I've had enough of mixed games for now
I'm at the Rio going to give the Texas Hold em a spin. I hear it's the game of the future and you don't need the best hand to win!!

Whoops. Listen, I don't even know what day it is, never mind the time, but I am pretty sure it is just after 5pm now, and his flight left mid afternoon. Don't forget blonde is on UK time.......

Or maybe he is flying home tomorrow, not today. That was your mistake, Alex.

Am fenced in between 3 rather feisty and rude ladies, or was,as one just exited and imploded in genuine Matusow style after her aces were busted in PLO.
As played, she could only have Aces, so two of us took a flop with her, me with Q-J-10-9, and Matey Boy with 5-6-7-8.
Flop was 2-3-4 ( no suits) and Miss Feisty bet out, Matey Boy potted it and Miss M had her chips in the middle like greased lightning. She gave him shocking grief for calling pre with his hand.

Next hand of PLO Miss Feisty Mark 2 tried to claim the low pot in PLO only to be told it was PLO not PLO8. "Has it been PLO all afternoon, I have been playing PLO8? she asks a shade surprisingly.

...and in the next hand, I go all but bust, after being dealt 8-7-4-3-2. I stood pat and bet every street, and Nice Lady took one every street, and caught her 7-6 on the very last draw.
Bugger.
Got buttons, so will go play the PLO8 now (once the formalities of my exit are complete) assuming it has a reasonable sized field.
