It's absolutely ridiculous. Who has bacon with fried onions?

Unfortunately my high cholesteral and furred up arteries means i can no longer have it.
Pan full of onions fried on a low heat for 3-4 hours
8 rashers crispy back bacon unsmoked
8 rounds bread and butter
= 4 lovely bacon and onion sandwiches
oh how i miss them

3-4 hours in a frying pan? Feels like 1.01 I leave it and burn the house down. Also feels there may be a connection to the furred up arteries.
Good luck with the Covid, hope there is no downswing. Just make sure you recognise if it is getting worse again.

You'd have to cook them in relays, so you could eat the first batch whilst the next batch were still cooking.

Ha that would be the most expensive sandwich ever these days. Sorry to hear about recent woes but glad to hear things perking up for you and the family

Forgot to ask earlier, but is there any likelihood of a Brighton SPT in 2023?

Morning Marky.
2023 Tour Dates have not been agreed with the venues yet, but if the Tour continues (most likely) Brighton will certainly be on the list. If I had to guess, early in the year. The 2022 schedule has not finished yet, so we won't know for a while.
The last stop this year?
· 18th-20th November 2022
· Manchester235 Casino
· £60,000 guaranteed prize pool
· £330 tournament buy in
