I cant for a second imagine anyone could be so pathetic as to wage a campaign against this forum after the got banned. It is, after all, only the internet.

Ok, Your the real Star of SkyPoker m8,
most of them other analysts can put me to sleep in 10 minutes, talking technical.
The program is supposed to be entertaining and not just instructive.
You balance the job between humour and techical just right m8
Keep up the good work. 3 Gold Stars
They are all good, but we each have our own individual styles. See, I'm still on message.....
Seriously, a lot of this "technical talk", be it on Sky, blonde PHA, or anwhere else, is all stuff & nonsense. Poker is a very simple, largely luck-based game, & there is much "emperors suit of clothes" about all this technical stuff. The kids have all these weird & wondeful theories, try reading the PHA Board, it's side-splittingly funny the theories they cook up, but if you know the absolute basics, have discipline & patience, & the odd bit of imagination, anyone can get by. So I keep it light, have a bit of fun, & keep reinforcing the simple basics, which some find hard to grasp. I prepare hard for every single Show, try & find a "theme", think about it for days in advance. But technical, nah, I don't go there much, there's no need at our level.
Thank you for your comments. Three Gold Stars from the Crow. Caaw.....

Sod the poker, What do you think of Harry coming to the Lane ?
I remain astonished at the crass stupidity & short-sightedness of Football Club Directors.
We've seen it at Leeds United, in the Ridsdale era, Newcastle, & now Spurs. They all deserve all the failure they are going to get.

Lol at your question Mr Totalise! I assume you are being just a tinsy-winsy bit mischievious......
Yes, it's only the internet, & it's only a poker forum. I could direct you to any number of blogs & Facebok entries from ex-blondes. My line has always been "don't respond in kind", & I don't. I love meeting them in real-life though. I march right up to them, before they know what's hit them, & say "Hi, how ya doing?", & make direct eye-contact. That's my tinsy-winsy bit of mischief......

Shit! That's me outa of a job, sigh,......Edited now.
It may have been a Freudian slip though. Don't start me off on how badly Live Poker is run in the UK, I'll be ranting all night. It's nothing short of scandalous. If we could just.......hold up, I'm starting already.

Off to
DT
D
on Sunday night, for their £!00 Freeze, & to collect my pension from Mother Hen - after another successful staking exercise with one of poker's senior Statesmen. He wrote me a lovely note yesterday, which I have yet to reply to.
Monday I have to get down to London, write my Blog, do a Pre-Recording of Tuesday or Wednesday's Show at 6pm, & then do the Live Show in the Evening. So that'll be a full day, & I'll need Tuesday to wind down, I get all hyped up during & after Shows, & can't sleep properly.
On Tuesday I have a Telecon at 2pm, Thursday I do PTP, & Friday the Show, meaning I miss Friday (Day One) of the now 3 day 3-2-1 at
DT
D
. But I'll play Saturday & Sunday's
DT
D
Events, the £300, & assuming I'm out, the Sunday £200.
I don't have a single Show the week after, sigh, but I do have the
Sky
Poker
Tour Leg Two, at The Broadway, which will pretty much absorb Friday (final preparations), Saturday (the Event) & Sunday (recovery).
I'm thinking of taking up fishing, too. I've always wanted to fish, & I'm about ready for it now, I think.

I don't "take the piss" out of them.
I do find some of the stuff on there very funny, ditto the theories.
We each view these things in our own way.
Personally, I find that the psychology of poker is a fascination, but try getting that across on PHA, it's all A-K this & J-T that, folks making specific arguments about specific hands, out of their textbook, when in reality, every situation is different, & the equation will always be dynamic.
I do enjoy the Posts of MANTIS, even when, as is often the case, I disagree with him, he goes "into the mind" more than most, & Simon Aces Trumper gets it right almost every time.
