Good luck to Nick Hicks today. Well over due a good run in one of these tournements.

Had a very strange tournament yesterday with players imploding all around me and I was lucky enough to be there with the cards to cash in.

One guy on our table decided he was destined to win this tournament and kept shoving with any 2 cards and then showing.

around midnight he doubles up to 26k with J 6 push in the small blind. Big blind woke up with A Q and was none to pleased to see 2 sixes hit the flop.

8 4, shove k 2 shove ... I dont mind getting a call as I am going to win...........next time he pushed I woke up with QQ and his 6 3 let him down.........

We all get lucky sometimes in tournaments but if you keep pushing your luck.........

2nd last hand of the night I raise to 3200 from mid position with K J instant push from a small stack behind for 5.1k all in I make the value call expecting to be dominated but find I am up against 7 2 hearts!!!! which duly makes the flush.

Last hand of the night I limp with Q 7 hearts 7 2 man limps as does the button and small blind. The big blind pushes for 6k and I pass as I dont see my hand standing up in a 4 / 5 way all in last ditch get some chips.....Pot

Any way the board comes Q Q 7 X Q lol and 7 2 man this time holding a rag ace takes it down a 15 k pot with another flush.

Roll on saturday I cant wait.
