Oh yes, Ed is very shy and finds it hard to talk about his time on TV.

just got caught up off sky+

good job Keith. I like a commentator to try and talk you through a players reasoning for a play, even if it's opposite to how they'd play themselves. A running critique isn't what we're after IMO

Thats my big problem with Roy Brindleys commentating on Poker Million. In the interview with Tikay on poker week he came across as a nice bloke. commentating, he comes across as an ass, constantly explaining how badly everyone's playing.

Enjoyed your work.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I thought the commentary was insightful and very well explained, nice to have someone who understands the game talking us through the plays and the reasons the players have for making them (even if they're wrong), rather than slagging them off or saying you've got to bosh it in there with A9/there's no way you can call with A9 there (delete as applicable dependng what the other fella has). Wouln't have noticed the sound if  hadn't read this post before watching on Sky Plus but that's by the by I thnk it was very good as most of them have been. Look forward to the likes of Paul Parker, JP and the Mantis later in the series, hope they keep up the standard

I thought you were excellent Keith. I liked the quietness of your commentary as personally I don't like it when the commentators get all excited and start shouting and screaming. I hope you do more commentary work as I think you could make a name for yourself as 'Whispering' Keith Hawkins.

watching now, and I have to say the sound seems fine to me, and Keith's insight is excellent.

I just cant quite get over the lay down of the Jacks by Richard Ashby.....unbelievable
