Ah I put this in just to see if you were paying attention Dewi!

According to Tighty this is Roberto Romanello - very loud boy.  I wasn't there for long but he was already annoying me - if I was playing I woul dhave used up all of my ipod charge by now....

will you wish him all the best from me pleeesese, ta

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Table Womble - 2 lovely players from Liverpool with very strong scouse accents - having a conversation that I just couldn't follow - if they were playing in Vegas I'm sure by now they would have been told "English only at the table".

Womble on the button looking a lot better now with 11,000.

Romanello - two before Wombles button raises to 1100. One before the button goes all in for 2670.
Romanello doesn't have to spend much time dwelling - he folds - trying to justify his fold with a sage "You have a really massive hand - i am probably dominated"

27 players remaining - ave chips 17,222

Blinds 200/400 with ante of 50.

It's grinding time for a few players now.

I took a wander to find ironside and on the way I saw the following hand:

Dave Smith stealthily limped under the gun, Simon Nowab is next to act and throws in a chunky raise!

All pass round back to Dave Smith, who dwells for a while.

Eventually he passes and Simon remarks "It's hard work stealing 400 chips from you".
"What do you do with a pocket pair" replies Dave
"You're ahead!"
"I know, but what do you do with a pair?"

Table Jackson/Nowab - and the boys are getting feisty - jackson raises and Nowab calls in the blinds. Board comes   three diamonds   three clubs. Jackson bets and Nowab calls with the 4 but Jackson had   .

They are having a great time and laughing all the way - it's like watching an edition of cash poker. You would never think they are playing for a first prize of £11,470

Womble is hanging in there with 15,000 or so as is Dave Smith, similarly stacked

20 players are left

We play to 4am or, as seems more likely, to a final table
