His pair of fours getting beat on the turn by William Thorson's A Q. Ace on the turn.

The funny thing with the Dutch guys Thierry and Eric, is that every time they win a decent pot or double through, they end up doing an interview with a blonde dutch lady. It's quite surreal to see Thierry Van Den Berg, who just doubled up with
on a
board against the mouthy James D'Ambrosio, rake up the chips, do the interview and play a hand all at the same time.

Remember the French dude from yesterday who showed his hand after calling even though his opponent still had chips in front of him? Well, his name is Jacques Zaicik and he's still in, even though he's only been playing poker for 4 months. According to my reliable source, he's being trained up by 'ElkY' Bertrand Grospellier, perhaps in a Karate Kid style, and is quickly learning the ropes. He's got a bit of wonga behind him, or so I believe, so is probably playing for the challenge if anything else. Seems like a real card though and has a tendency to wander up to the final table with all the gusto of Phil Hellmuth to check up on his tutor. You can just see the expressions on the faces of the cameraman as they see this crazy Frenchman waltzing into view uninvited.

High fiving Paul Holub has just taken down a big pot off David Pham. The Flop was
and Hobul was all-in for 260k more after Pham had bet out 250k. But even though it was so little to cool considering the massive amount already in the pot, Pham opted for the fold. Perhaps this was is the difference between the pro's and the amateurs?
"Dragon slayer, baby, dragon slayer!" shouted a random dude in the crowd.

Elky doubles up through Thorson
Elky bets on the flop of
Thorson raises, Elky goes all in and Thorson begrudgingly calls
Elky with 5 5 Thorson with
Ace on the turn and Thorson's down to about 500K.
Elky on a bit over 900K

With Lance Gessler limping in the small blind, Mike Cooper added an extra 40k from the big and Gessler called.
Flop =
Gessler checked, Cooper bet 91k and Gessler called.
Turn =
Gessler checked, Cooper bet 250k and, after a deep session in the think tank, Gessler folded.
Cooper proudly showed
Not a bad poke face though this chap, it's almost a spot the difference in these two shots.
