Please post your cold and flu remedies - no matter how weird and wonderful - am so desperate I'm willing to try anything...
And then post your - how not to throw up ones as well -
I am SICK!!!!!

This sounds simple but it works- Take 2 grammes of vit c with added zinc x 4 daily. I take the disspersable ones in a cup of water and it kills the germs by overloading them with anti oxidants. Also, if you got a dry throat, take hot water, fresh lemon and honey. The final component is vicks chest rub to open the airways. Do that and you'll be well in no time  |
