Just watching late night poker enjoying it very much so and as much as I love Vicky Coren it's not the same without Mr May- any reason why he wasn't signed up to commentate???

I'm not 100% sure but I believe Jesse only commentates on matchroom's poker output these days.

He's managed by Matchroom, but is available for other work I believe (prob. quite costly though?).

IMO I believe Jesse can take as much credit as LNP itself for the boom in popularity of poker in Britain.

His style of commentary made the original series the cult it became. (akin to Sid Waddell of darts fame) only better.

If it wasn't for his annoying, nasal, American twang I probably wouldn't mind him.

I dunno, he just doesnt seem that knowledgeable about the game. Much like Colin Murray.

For sure that hits the nail on the head.
Just as Sid Waddell is "The Voice of Darts", Jessie May is surely "The Voice of Poker"?
