Morning, Tom.
You enjoyed listening to Radio 2 yesterday, then?
It was my pleasure to assist.
Warning!
If you are easily offended, please look away now.
Yesterday while I was driving, Tony rang me to tell me to listen to a programme on Radio 2.
Dutifully I retuned the dial, abandoning my very interesting programme on Radio 4 in the process.
I was just in time to hear the presenter announcing his next record before fucking Maddona subjected me to six fucking minutes of the most God awful fucking caterwauling fucking imaginable.
Somewhat perplexed, and not a little irritated, I rang Tony back.
What's happening, have I missed it then?
Er... Yes.... Sorry. I meant Radio 5 Live...

You would be amazed at the eclectic range of books I have, & the topics which endlessly fascinate me, but space & the planets is not on the list. I'm more, I think, a nature person.
Yep, some of them aren't even yours
3, as I recall - & three VERY good ones they are, too. I have them set aside, in my "borrowed" department.
Can I remind you that you promised me a doorstop?

It was a great programme, such a shame you missed it.

My read might be off, but I get the impression you're not a Madonna fan then?

I liked her early stuff when she wore those pseudo innocent but oh so revealing outfits and sang girlie songs with good lyrics, but I hated the 'witches hat titties, see how fit I am, computer generated inane electronic drivel that came later.

I'm bound to say, I was disgusted with that language. We don't have that sort of language next door.
He did seem a little short with me when he rung back, now I think about it.
It was a great piece on R5 though. Shame he missed it.

So you preferred her like a virgin...

By the way - clouds a sure thing for the day, but they're just teasing us with threats of light showers. We'll hit a balmy 10 degrees while we're at it.

Seriously, I can't believe how mild it is. You and Jack are going to be geocaching in your Speedo's if this keeps up.
Another downside is the birds are carrying nesting material already.
It will all end in tears...

You waited until I eventually got my new camera before saying that, didn't you?
Some review, that, talk about "in-depth"! It was like reading a Stars Hands History, my eyes bled.
