Could you not just do the whole trip on the train?
Would love to but it takes bloody ages.
My station code is HNK. See for yourself.

Oh right, in that case you need to borrow Rob's Aston Martin for the day. Clarkson always seems to beat Hammond & May when they fly/train and he takes the car.

I thought this may interest you Tom.
This Viaduct is 200 years old, & was bought to my attention by a friend next door.....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laigh_Milton_Viaduct
But look at this.....
The west pier is founded on a hard wood platform 5ins (127mm) thick at a depth about 6 ft (1.8 m) below normal river level, and rests on sand, gravel and weathered bedrock. This timber is saturated but still hard
I think that is extraordinary.

Yes Kev, we get our expenses back.... Eventually.
We do have to show that we've kept them to a minimum though. No expensive lunches or business class flights etc.

Saw this double rainbow and another mile up the road it looked like we were actually going to drive through it as it appeared to touch down in the road less than 50 yards in front of us.

She's in good form lately, not that she has ever been out of form of course..

She was highly amused at the notion of re-stringing your egg slicer Ralph.

That's is a great spot Tony. I doubt very much that most people who cross it daily would have known that. Although you would not have been up against much as this would have included quite a few people from Hull and they are not the sharpest of knives in the draw
