By the way. Have you noticed that while loads of people wax lyrical about Derbyshire or Yorkshire, "God's own County" etc, no one seems to give a shit about Leicestershire.

I think you need hills to be lyrically waxed about. We ain't got many. Though, satisfyingly, Bardon Hill at 912 feet ranks us 25th highest out of 48 English counties, leaving Notts (39th - snortle!), Northants (38th) and Warwickshire (29th) eating dirt. We'll draw a veil over Derbyshire as the Peak District clearly belongs in Yorkshire.

Excellent. I'm a Yorkshireman at heart but It's great to hear some positive comments about my adopted County.

what type of birds are these as i have thousands of them dancing every morning and evening
above my house will try and grab a video of them sometime if you want

this time of year is wonderful for being up early in the country as hundreds of different types birds all just from tree to tree looking for a perch to attack

dont need bins as they are litterally 20 yards over my head at some points in there dance

all i know is after the dance the trees fill up with black birds with yellow beaks and they are perched on trees less that 5 feet from where i am sat
