For a change of subject:  http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=61512.0

Tom, any regrets?

Yes Dan, a few. I would have to be in the right mood to talk about them on here though.

@kinboshi, I'll get back to you, I have obviously failed miserably in making my point, as per usual. Smiley

No.

I suppose that subconsciously I still think of you and your sisters as little girls and sometimes it surprises me to see how sophisticated you've become.

And yes. Sophisticated is the word I wanted to use, I chose it carefully.

adjective1. (of a person, ideas, tastes, manners, etc.) altered by education, experience, etc., so as to be worldly-wise; not naive.

Van pics for Milly.

These are from last week. I've made a little bit more progress since then but I'm away from home and these are all I have on my phone.

I didn't train properly for the bike ride this year and it almost killed me. I was aching all over. I thought I'd be crippled up for a week,  but by the next morning I was as right as ninepence.

Perhaps I'm even more wonderful than I thought.

I suppose I'll let you off then!  Kiss
And you are more wonderful than you think. But not quite as wonderful as my mam thinks.
No ones that wonderful. Wink

My wife rarely swears, but whenever I mention the fact that the nights draw in from today she tells me to go away using short jerky movements

Are you riding on the Road with knobbly tyres fitted?

Yes, but they're Schwalbe Marathon Plus. They have an inch wide continuous raised band that keeps the knobbles clear of the road on the outside and a puncture resistant band inside.

There is a little more weight and rolling resistance than a regular road tyre, but imo, it's worth it to have an all terrain, virtually puncture free bike.
