I think I've just discovered a dieting aid.
Eat your food with an inappropriate utensil.
I've just finished eating bang bang chicken with rice and beans using a fish descaler. It took bloody ages but by the time I had eaten it I had definitely had enough.

I couldn't decide if these cows looked natural or unnatural in this long grass but either way I haven't seen cows in long grass before. Have you?

I stepped forward to take a photo, (Only as far as the fence mind) and the bull was up and giving me the, "Hey, I'm on guard here so you'd better fuck off" stare immediately.

English Longhorns, lovely & some of the best beef around!!

Up round here you get them in the long grass, the bushes, the rushes wherever, espcially in hot weather. Problem is when the calves are hidden like that, you've got to watch out getting too close, especially with some of the aggressive buggers up on the hills. I'm too old and fat to jump barbed wire fences on the run...

Jumping barbed wire fences is a bad idea at any age Rod, I have the scars to prove it.

This is Lucky, our blackbird with a droopy wing. I don't know what happened to him but he survived it and still manages to fly reasonably well.

He makes his living almost exclusively in this small rectangle of garden which he works in tirelessly and defends against other blackbirds fearlessly.

Life must be pretty tough for him, especially in the winter but he never complains.

I've always found that thought kind of inspiring.

They drive it with a PlayStation controller FFS!

Hey, how come that sub doesn't have one of those location bleepers like they do aboard commercial aircraft?

I remember reports of rescue craft listening for the one on the Malaysia Airlines Flight flight that went missing.

The rescue operation is enormous now, with cutting edge technology and resources coming in from all over the world. The cost is incalculable.

I I were trapped in that sub I would be glad but the chances of success are very slim and I can't help but wonder how many starving children that money could save if it were spent elsewhere.

Imagine ringing the coastguard and saying, "Help! 3287 people are going to die today if they don't get clean water".

I don't think radio waves pass well through water.  If the same resources had been applied to the refugee ship off Greece  the other week, maybe hundreds wouldn't have died.
