It was shorts today for the monthly senior medal - the golf course is in spectacular condition as I imagine are many others after this wet summer. How's your golf these days? talking of golf and seniors won a team event today. Format was best two scores each hole from the three in the team. We were 12 under par! Just how senior are you Dave? tikay senior or Junior Senior senior? |

Nice work Davie I reckon you're a bit of a bandit. My net 72 was only good enough for 4th place in today's medal but my 83 snaffled the lowest gross prize, and I got a two for a few quid more. |

I prob am a bit in any format other than strokeplay - I scored 91 gross today with two sevens and an eight. It's these complete mess-ups I'm trying to cut out.

Golf is pretty amazing to me. If I were an alien who had just landed on a golf course and someone said, "How many times do you think I would need to hit this little white ball with these sticks to get it from here into that tiny hole 400 yards away?" I would be guessing something like 30.
