I'm impressed,that looks quite complex. Bet it gave you a big sense of satisfaction when you got a good un.

Well anyone can buy a good un, if they are willing to pay the price, but most satisfying thing is to maybe buy a yearling that hasn't achieved it's (hidden) potential yet, or a mare that some Gorger man has kept on a farm until she's all thin and neglected and bog-burned, but just waiting to blossom with a little TLC.

Then theres a "belly" (Unborn foal) that you like the breeding of, or, best of all, the one that you bred yourself. That's where the most satisfaction lies.

So last night when I went to DTD, I praised Mark, AKA Castor_Troy on the depth of his knowledge of diverse and obscure subjects. I then went on to congratulate him on his wonderful performance in the quiz. He was wreathed in smiles ans obviously very pleased with himself.

"By the way" I asked, What kind of pheasant was that again"

"Er.... what do you mean?"

"I mean the pheasant. The national bird of Guyana that you recognised from a single glance yesterday"

"Er... I can't think at the moment.... um er... it's just slipped my mind"


He was totally banjaxed. Absolutely flummoxed.  He didn't have a Scooby.

5 minutes later, when he'd had a sly peek at the computer behind the poker desk, he came running up.. "I've remembered now, it's a canje pheasant.... "

Ladies and gentlemen, I put it to you that Mr Castor is a cheat.

That concludes the evidence for the prosecution. We all know he is as guilty as Hell, but, so that justice can be seen to be done, we will await his defence before we strip him of his points.

Ok and now how it really went ..
After coming out of 2 hours of interviews the hero (i.e ME) was approached by the villain (i.e RED)
Hero  --   " Hi tom, good to see you, how are you today?
Villain --  "WHAT Was the name of that bird?
Hero  --  "Sorry?"
Villain --  "haha!!!! I knew you where cheating"
Hero  --  "What? O' the bird From the Quiz? If Im honest Tom i can't remember with out seeing the pic again, it was a couple of days ago. and my heads a bit fried from  interviews"
Villain  --  "hahaha!! hahaha!! Im Gonna Out you on the forum, I knew you where cheating!!!!!! "
Hero  --  "What? Is it that inconceivable that I KNEW the answer?"
Villain  --  "YES !! Im gonna out you"

In reds eyes I am guilty without any evidence just a THEORY! and this "THEORY" has holes

the case is soley built on ----- your guilty cos I think you are!!!!
Reds Statement is a blatant misrepresentation of the truth.....
