This is a tragic story about the untimely demise of a great and generous man, so why do I have such an urge to make one of several possible questionable taste puns?

I will resist btw....

God yes, I had exactly the same feeling. As well as owning Segway, he also owns a company that produces safety barriers, which makes it even harder not to laugh.

TMC is dead handy, by the way. Had it on my last couple of cars. Can detour in advance of problems, and it is reasonably reliable.

Didn't know about the safety barriers. Still didn't laugh though. (Chewed a large hole in the front of my jersey, but didn't laugh)

Can you do "Find alternative route" on Garmin?

"Find alternative route" - Isn't that the the same as getting lost?

So I lost my sat nav, (Long story) and I went into Halfords to buy a replacement.

Now you know about high definition TV, and how you can buy a TV that's HD ready? Well apparently, there is now a thing called the " Traffic Message Channel", and sat nav's come TMC ready.

I swear to God, I stood in Halfords, open mouthed, looking at the display and wondering why all the sat nav's had my name on them.

I didn't mean (As Zelly thought) they had my name on as in Tomtom, I meant as in TMC ready.
