I've been reading about optimism. Apparently, a negative approach to life is bad for your health, and that's official.
Hundreds of studies show that compared to pessimists, optimists are higher achievers, and healthier individuals. Happy people have higher levels of antibodies and can fight off infection more easily. What's more, optimists live an estimated 7.5 years longer than pessimists.

When I'm not actually interacting with someone, (i.e, when I'm sitting quietly) I'm told I usually have a face like a £10 summons.
Well don't let that miserable exterior fool you, I'm smiling inside.

Amen to that.
So much is in our minds.

The man with half a head interviews the svelte one
Sadly the subjects did not get round to Appleby fair, BFGW and Cake

At at guess, I'd say the Moles aren't just smiling...they're laughing hysterically.

At this very moment in time, I am simultaneousness playing a little online satellite for the Laddies biggie tonight and staring out the window at my vast collection of molehills.
I have decided that the time has come to cut the grass for the first time this year, ergo, the mole hills must be flattened.
I've had a word and asked politely that, seeing as I've left them alone all year, would they do the decent thing and move next door to the cricket pitch for the summer?
I think they are trying to decide which option has the most mischief value.

That bloke must be at least 7ft 13in tall.
I watched that last night, and when it finished, I noticed a link to this. I showed it to the girls, and they said that my face was so animated that I could have replied to all the questions without speaking at all.

I absolutely hate moaners and groaners, they suck the positive energy out of everyone around them. Unfortunately poker has more than its fair share of them
