ARRRRRRRRRRRRGHHH. 2 minutes silence on one day a year and I still have to tell people off for talking through it. I'm not even British FFS and I shut up
why can't fat Scottish twats not just keep quiet for 2 minutes.
Sorry mate.
lol, let's not kid ourselves..you're about as Scottish as I am
Twat, I can handle, being English is going too far tho...
Stereotyping?
Which part?
If this post wasn't intended as a tonguing-in-cheek (And quite funny) dig at the inferiority of the typical Englishman as opposed to the Scots, then I apologise. I am clearly wrong.
Didn't think the English were generally viewed as the inferior ones
, when it comes to comparing them to the Scottish.
Therefore, surely couldn't have been stereotyping?
Not even by the Scots?
Well, possibly, but only the drunk ones.
That would be all of them then.....

Went bra shopping today. Much more enjoyable than high heel shopping imo. Wore sensible shoes and got through the day pain free. Result.
I can't tell the difference between one bra and the udder.

Jack was such a good Lad today. Picking things out, getting right sizes and stuff. Shop assistants were really impressed and said I'd trained him well. "Oh no, you've got it the wrong way around. He actually enjoys shopping. I hate it so I guess you could say I'm the one being trained."

My perception of the post was that it was perhaps an unfair stereotype of Gays Red, the sort of sterotype that you might understandably not be so happy about if it was about Gypsies.
I thought this tbh ?
Just because your homosexual doesn't neccesarily mean you are feminine or that you would be "soft".

Jesus H Christ guys, am I not allowed to speak "because I wouldn't like it if someone said it about Gypsies"?
I made a tiny weak joke about a naff TV soap, not about gays, who by the way, I would expect to be somewhat feminine, and who I would also suspect, wouldn't take that as an insult. It's not harmful, spiteful stereotyping.
Policemen stopping you twice a day because you live on a caravan site, or asking if they can search your home because it will satisfy the neighbours. Teachers refusing to teach your children, parents refusing to allow their kids to go to school with yours. Getting beaten up. Being told you stink, or that you are a dirty thief when you're a little boy trying to buy sweets in a shop. Having to fight for 10 years for the right to live in your own home on your own land. Picking the newspaper up and reading blatant anti Gypsy headlines, Seeing signs in pubs that say "No Gypsies" in this day and age. That's Harmful Hurtful stereotyping.
Once again. I'm very sorry if I offended anyone, I will try to be more careful in future.

I wasn't offended in anyway, but then I'm not offended by a lot of things that others maybe are, but it did seem like you seemed to catogorise all homosexuals as being feminine and weak, but I'm pretty sure this isn't the case and I'd also imagine that anyone who was a homosexual would've been slightly offended.
Everybody is quilty of steroetyping at some point and then you feel bad about it afterwards, or at least you should, just don't fall foul of it on the internet, coz that shits not going down round here.

I think what was surprising was that you would be so willing to pre-judge quite so many millions of people rather than take them as individuals.
You should watch this film: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Partly because it might help address your gay stereotype view, but mainly because it's really good.

I don't want to address my gay stereotyping view.
I think that the majority of Gays are a bit feminine. I'm comfortable with that view and I don't think it's insulting. (Please note, I said "The Majority")
Do you disagree?

I do actually its a bit of a mixed bag, you probably only spot the ones that are a bit more feminine not the straight acting ones.
One of my life long best mates is gay and switched teams only a few years ago. I've met a shit loads of other gay guys through him and loads of them are not feminine acting in the least.

Gotta agree with Woodsey here.
Got a good friend now who is one of the gays. Not remotely feminine and neither is his boyfriend. I also knew him before he came out and then met him a few years later after he'd announced his gayness.
I asked him if he ever did a camp voice. He said he camped it up for about 6 months or so at first and then just went back to his normal butch manc voice.
Also, imagine it was just as hard being a homosexual at times in recent history as being a gypsy (in terms of persecution) - harder in many ways, as often it would have been something people had to deal with without any local family or community support.
