Dawn's smashing the smoking cos, in here words 'she's a stubborn bitch'! The dieting was all done and dusted on October 8th and I won that challenge. Dawn's taken the double or quits route so now we have a 10k run coming up in May at Clumber Park. Training starts in the New Year. Until then we're busy anti-dieting.

I had a great day thank you Andrew. Played games with the kids and watched period dramas and Christmas special episodes of soaps with the women. (No wonder I'm such a big girl's blouse). Off out with the dogs now in an attempt to stave off some of the effects of anti dieting. Hope you and yours are happy and well. All the best for the new year. |
