Factoid:

Last night at one point in time, it was 20 20 20 20 20 20.

I love this kind of stuff, but I get the year 2020 and the time 20:20, what is the other?

It was the 20th and then the seconds as Chomperino says.

I mean Vana, not Chomps. That personalised plate confused me.

They offered him $5k when Hadley intervened, but then when the story went viral they caved in and gave the fella the full 10k.

Lovely story.

Cheers Keith.

My music era was the 70s and I regularly listen to Sounds of the Seventies with Johnny Walker on Radio 4.

People write in with requests and tell little stories about what they were doing when a particular song was in the charts, often there are accompanying news snippets and and other info.

Like all the other decades, the music isn't all good, but I still love listening. Each song transports me to some place and time from my past.

Sometimes I almost die of nostalgia.

What's your decade Keith? I'm guessing 90s?

Name three songs from your era and I'll give them a listen on YouTube.

Little bit earlier, probably late 80s, early 90s was my era.

3 favourites:

Streams of Whiskey - The Pogues

Is This Love - Alison Moyet (my favourite singer, she's got the voice of an angel)

Shout - Tears For Fears.

I loved her classic album "Alf".

I've still got it somewhere probably on a dusty cassette.

Sounds of the 90s- Ferne Cotton

Sounds of the 80s- Gary Davis.

Sounds of the 60s- Toothy Blackburn.

Just search BBC iplayer or BBC Sounds.

I don't know if anybody noticed, but Springwatch has reappeared for this week.  I am struggling to keep up with life outside my house, but it seems to be on all week at 8pm on BBC2.

Meanwhile, 4 live Osprey chicks at Rutland now.  The younger one just looks way smaller than the rest, but seems to be getting enough food, and Osprey chicks and parents aren't as lethal as some species with their younger siblings.

I did see that Springwatch was back but I'm grateful to you for mentioning it on here.

Anything that encourages people to enjoy nature is just what I like to see and if it means diary traffic as well it's  double whammy.

I spent half the day yesterday trying to photograph brown trout in a stream.

The trouble was, the camera kept focusing on the surface of the water instead of the fish.

I finally managed one passable pic by setting the focus to 'infinity' like you would for a landscape.

Got a bonus on my run this morning; I found a woodpecker nest up a tree with a little chick poking its head out.  Makes for a terrible video.

Got a few shots of a woodpecker this morning. Only on a pocket point and shoot camera so not great quality but I did manage to get pretty close.
