I'm proud of you all, even ol dumbass. They were tough questions.
Special thanks to Laxie and the quizmaster for the upper case "G"

8/10, both of the ones I got wrong were about Vlax-Romani. Need to brush up on my Vlax obviously.

The pressure blew the insides of the cat through a two inch pipe and it ended up wedged in the back box.
It's true. It happened to me yesterday.
What happend was, the catalytic converter on Sadie's car disintegrated and the exhaust gases pushed the pieces through the system until they became wedged in the rear silencer box.
"BTW" She told me, "I've got a slow puncture and the brakes are making a grinding noise..."
So, I spent my day sorting Sadie's car out. I didn't enjoy it, so I'm going to share it with you. (Why should I suffer alone?)

OK. First of all, Mrs Red did a runner, leaving me un-fed and un-watered (You wouldn't do it to a dog)

Left to fend for myself, I was forced to throw myself on the mercy Greasy Joe.

Still feeling a little undernourished, I never the less spent the next two hours helping my good friend Steve the mechanic to saw the exhaust in half, remove the bits of cat, and then MiG weld the thing back together.
I had the job of holding the pipe while Steve did the welding. The sparks kept burning me and when they did I would jump. When I jumped I banged my head on the bottom of the car.
I swore quite a bit...
We made a neat job though.

Next, I went to see my other old pal Baldie (Boldie's dad had a bike) and he sorted me out with a part-worn tyre.
We flipped a coin to decide weather he charged me £5 or £10. Well I say "We" flipped a coin, actually I flipped it, I called it, and amazingly, I won.

Black pudding? Yuk! We're talking about a high class establishment here. Trust you to lower the tone.

As you can imagine, by now I was growing weak from lack of sustenance, so I stopped off in Leicester to have a little wander around and a bite to eat.
They have been digging the high street up for about two years now. I don't know what they're doing, but DingDell and Claw could have sorted it in that time.

Mind you, I was fascinated by this terrific paving slab lifting machine. I could have saved a few black thumbnails if they had been around when I was a lad.

This abandoned car has been there so long they made a feature of it.
