Sorry - FML - I get it now. I thought his email address was
bigtent@marky.co.
uk or similar and I didn't get it.
I was being too intelligent for once
Yep! That's real 4th level stuff there Trace...
Don't blame me if Tikay is telling christmas cracker jokes.
I wasn't expecting him to be festive or funny - it caught me unawares.
Not a christmas cracker joke, a true story!
His name was Marky Simpson. He named his eldest Albart.

Did he go on to become one of The Two Ronnies ?

I believe Ding was referring to Eric Sykes when she said "The Two Ronnies".

Just tell us where exactly you are please, I've never had custard pie and that looks fantastic.
Seriously, the local garden centre has a sale on their tents.
I'm going wherever you are. xx
As advertised at the start of Richard III - 'Now is the discount of our winter tents.'

Home made egg custard pie off me mam...
Take some of that in to Rachael at DTD. She'll love it.

Last night at
DT
D
, (perhaps because the snooker final was on TV) there was thankfully, wonderfully, blissfully, NO MUSIC PLAYING
It was lovely to just be able to listen to the gentle banter, the swish of the cards, the click of the chips, and the soft dulcet tones of Chinese Frankie.
Isn't he gorgeous?
Seriously though, although Frankie never stops talking, he is probably one of the best readers of the game I have ever seen, and is really worth listening to. He has this amazing ability to put players on exact hands, or to say out loud what his opponent is thinking. It's fascinating, until he does it to you, then it's scary.
Always the joker, Frankie is huge fun to have at your table, but make no mistake, he is a very talented player.
IT TASTE OF HER CHERRY CHAPSTICK!!!

Well actually Phat, we're much the same as the rest of the nation.
Most of us spend too much.
Most of us eat too much.
Most of us drink too much.
Some of us get drunk and want to sing.
Some of us get drunk and want to fight.
Some of us believe that we are entitled to feel good at this time of year, we revel in an orgy of food, of drink, of gifts.
Some of us wonder why we should have so much, while others have so little.
Some of us are humbled by the enormous amount of good fortune that life has bestowed upon us.
Some of us resolve to try to be a better person next year, and to remember that the best gifts are a good deed, a kind word, or a smile.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Some of us have suspected man flu, but have to fend for ourselves because our wife is next door "having a drink with the girls"
