People who drive in thick fog with no lights on whatsoever. And they're invariably in silver cars, which become basically invisible. Shoot them in the head.

Referee Alan Wiley at last nights Stoke v Man C game what a joke. Viera stayed on the pitch after kicking Whelan in the nuts, then he disallows a perfectly good winning goal in the dying minutes of the game. FFS.

I've looked everywhere
no you haven't. DUCY?
no I don't cy. it is possible for stuff to move from places you haven't looked to places you have. then by the time you've looked everywhere you still won't have found anything
did you find your stuff yet? I hate being left on a cliffhanger.

No he hasn't found it.
A couple of years ago he was in the thing shop buying things. He had the option to buy things that stay in the same place as per rest of the world. Instead, he looked forward in time, and at the prospect of winning at internet, opted to buy things that move from place to place.

hat was under the bed, charger thing behind the clock and the phone was down the side of the sofa
there was an added bonus that the phone was next to a pound coin which I didn't even realise I'd lost otherwise I would've mentioned it in the other post
or what tank said which sounds more interesting but I didn't really understand

I cut my finger nails this morning and now I can't get my memory card out of my phone!!!
I can see a pen over yonder which should do the job but I'll have to move off my butt to get it.

My 7 year old lad goes for a sleepover at a friend with 4 other kids. One decides he's going to going to hide all my kid's stuff, including his DS (with a new game in it), and now nobody can find the thing, even though everything else turned up.
It's hard to go round a 7 year old's parents and accuse the lad of being a lying thieving bastard, so GG £130. FFF()*()"&*$*(*&%*(&%^(*&^F

Tough spot. Definitely worth speaking to his parents though. If they're decent they'll want to know about this so they can stop him getting worse.
You never know they might be at home now wondering where their son got his new DS from and being a bit concerned that he may be a lying thieving bastard.

All parents are aware it's happened. All we've got is one kid admitting to his parents he took it and hid it in a toy chest, but it's not there, apparently. May be genuinely missing, but the mum where the sleepover was says she's spent ages looking for it. Not really much we can do
. Very very little chance a kid is going to change his story now as he thinks he'll get in trouble. You can tell a kid he won't get into trouble for telling the truth, but no kid in the world actually believes that
.
Angry as I am, I can't really punish my lad for "losing" it, that would be rather unfair as he didn't see it happen, so almost certainly going to have to get him a new one (or find one on ebay). At least if it turns up then, the wife will have one of her own - she's spends more time on it than the kids do some days
.
Anyway, the whinge thread has served it's purpose, I feel better for getting it off my chest...
