how is it? the previous player went out over 2 hours ago! i take your point! the bubble is there for a reason but sometimes its logical just to say this is getting a joke and in effect burst the bubble by offering the next player out his/her money back! Nobody wants to grind it out for 3 days to bubble!
How is it not?

At the risk of joining in your battle (i dont want to but I do have an hour to wait before 21 starts at the pictures PRE WSOP VEGAS FIX)
If you give 10k to 82nd place then oyu just create a slow down with people waiting for the Hand for hand at 82nd, the only way round this would be the "ludicrous" (IMO) suggestion of 9k 83rd 8k 84th 8k 83rd and so on but the point been if your only playing to get ur buy in back u shouldnt be playing that level.
Also many pros use the bubble as chip accumaltion by picking on the small stacks (all part of the Game)
Any way im sure moffsy has explained this whilst i have been typing it

Ha ha..I may be going out on a limb here but..right now I place you as a player that makes a ghey raise(min raise) holding Aces pre, with 5 limpers in front, only to sit and whine for 20 mins afterwards when they get cracked by 63 sooooooted?
well done, you got me down to the ground! The min raise is the way forward!!

It would make sense! Im only a recreational player, and i prefer to play live than online, but its the bubble play which annoys me!
Come on..please do use you'r brain. (no offense)
What will u do with the 'bubble' before the 10k payout then??
Easy, give him €8k

Yes indeedy, longest ever or not, it's taken AGES. 2 hours? 2 and a half? Something like that. We all wanted to die a little bit - take player-turned-reporter Maria Maceiras, pictured here waiting on absolute tenterhooks for the bubble to burst:

Of course, press were banned from the area, so we also had this to contend with. Railers come in all shapes and sizes. Note also Day 2 bustee Nicolas Levi begging for alms so he can buy a sandwich:
Anyway, eventually there was action and I fought my way up to the rail just in time to see a player I don't think we mentioned much before, one Mr Small Bear, shoving for 35k:

Only kidding! It was Surinder Sunar, receiving a tender yet manly squeeze from fellow Brit William Martin.

Once the Queen came on the flop, Surinder was forced to bid goodbye to Small Bear, as it's being confiscated along with his dinner ticket, his room key and his passport. They're very serious about the bubble here.

Surinder just about to weep into his enormous hankie:

1. im not battling with anybody, i just made a post to suggest you could brake the bubble if u offered the next person out their money back!
B. you wouldn't get 82nd placing hanging around because not all bubbles take 2 hours to burst!
3. I also know that the bubble is the best time for big stacks to accumalte chips but is also the time where lots of short stacks double up from the big stacks!
and
4. its just my Oppinion!!!

I think you both have the wrong end of the stick about this bubble. It wasn't a nitty Dortmund bubble. People were shipping it all in left and right, but it just so happens that the flips/60-40s/80-20s were all going in favour of the shorter stacks. I think it would be hard to manipulate a lot of this field on the bubble lol.
Incidentally the regress of paying off the bubble becomes absurd if you take it far enough. Everyone could sit down and then get their money back (minus the reg fee).

How about some more hamburger analysis ?
