That is NOT a cyst. If it were, it should not be squeezed. Ever. Cysts do not contain pus. Cysts can only be removed by surgery.
If you think it's full of pus, it's a boil, or abcess. That can be squeezed.

I had a miserable time in Monte Carlo. I couldn't move an muscle without being it giving me pain or discomfort, what's more, my collar was constantly rubbing against it as I worked. It got worse over the weekend, so I went into A&E on Monday and was told it was infected. They gave me some super duper anti-biotics and some fancy dressing with iodine. I have to keep that on for a few days then go back to normal dressing. I checked it out today, and it didn't look great, but ah well, am going on holdiday to America for a fortnight tomorrow morning. Hopefully all goes well whilst I'm away, otherwise it could ruin the holiday and give me a hefty medical bill. I'm due in at the docs for a small opp to remove the cyst on May 19th. Not sure I want to get rid of it now, it made me feel wanted that this cyst chose me.
