Straight afterwards the laddering up Charles Ihle calls all-in for his 125k stack with against Marc Goodwin's

two spades

And Charles Ihle has just over 250k and is now upgraded to a small-time Charlie.

Marc Goodwin raises to 60k, Charles Ihle moves in from the small blind. Marc thinks for 30 seconds before calling.

Marc:

Charles:

("Diamond me!!!" cries Charles) .

Charles Ihle is OUT in 4th place winning £25,490

Marc and Nik both have around 1.3 million now, Zach is short with about 400k.

Nik, "I'm utterly card dead. Just waiting to play Marc HU now."

Nik -- 1 million
Marc -- 1.6 million
Zach -- 400k

Still cagey.

Marc limps the button, Zachary makes up the small blind and Nik checks.

Zach and Nik check, Marc bets 50k, Zach moves in and Nik and Marc instantly fold.

This now gives Zachary raising chips, and he raises to 70k from the button. Marc calls from the big blind. "Insta-calls," corrects Marc.

Marc checks, Zachary moves in, "Marc insta-calls," says Marc, showing . Zachary shows

Two Clubs

No help

Trips for Goodwin.

Zachary Ford is OUT in 3rd winning £37,850

We're now on a 20 minute break before the HU battle, which will start with 15k/30k blinds. Marc probably has just over a 2:1 lead.

Not many raised or noticeable pots so far. Nik has gained a bit of ground, calling bets of 30k and 35k on the turn and river of a T-K-T-6-5 board with K-2, Marc forced to show 4-3.

Still early days though.

Marc raises to 65k, Nik calls.

Nik checks, Marc bets 60k, Nik passes.

Nik has been whittled back down, raising preflop to 75k and being called.

Nik bet 95k on the flop, but gave up after being called, checking the rest of the two spades board down. His losing to Marc's .

Soon after he lost another largish pot, calling 60k on the flop of , both checked the on the turn before Nik check/folded to Marc's 160k bet on the river.

Looks like Nik has about 450k left or so.

Marc is understandably jubilant but Nik didn't feel too down about the last hand. "I have to call there, if I win I'm back up to 850k or so, and he moves in with a lot of Aces, but a lot of other hands too, K-Q, K-J, worse Tens."

Kev is just trying to upload the last few photos.
