I feel like I need to make some kind of formal statement, now capable of doing so, in the random-bold-word style of the News of the World (which Tantrum read to me all the way back to London):

1)  Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make the Blonde Bash such a success - the staff at DTD, the long suffering bar people, Kev, everyone who played, ran an excellent tournament, enjoyed themselves, bought me drinks, or were generally such good company.

2)  Sorry for being so unbelievably wasted on Saturday.  If I (a) sick outdrew you, (b) cackled irritatingly in your general direction, (c) spilled anything on you, (d) kept saying 'caution, team, caution,' I apologise wholeheartedly.  I promise to be better behaved in future.

3)  I am deeply honoured to join such esteemed company as the previous Bash winners.  I do remember saying I would give my trophy to my mum and it's on its way over there right now.

It was great fun playing with everyone - I can remember a few - Maria, Horneris (congrats for crushing me heads up), Chip Rich, The Duke, Laxie, Rod Paradise, Snatiramas, Rosy, WonkyJim, Karabiner (a special, personal apology to you for those Nines)...

In honour of Mad Harper, who couldn't make it, I have created a pie chart for the End of Tournament Chip Distribution:

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

LOL i was overseeing the final table throughout .... some of the hand signals Jen was giving me when i kept asking her the question ..."Run good much Jen?" were most unladylike .... well played Jen, you bitch slapped the field, you wont be able to defend though, as others have said, it just aint possible Wink
