Tal, don't lose faith! They might crowbar a chess scene into Hangover 4.

Also about 10 yrs ago whilst sat in a pub with my mate I said they should do an animated movie from the pov of animals in a Zoo and 2 years later Madagascar came out! Someone from Dreamworks must have been ear wigging.

Yes yes..and when I was 2, I wrote the script of Jurassic Park...

Busted. I wanted the T-Rex part but had to settle for the Brontosaurus

The Firm 80's football violence, not the John Grisham one.
True Romance
Airplane
The Godfather obviously. Although as usual the book is a million times better.

Am I the only one who hated Inception?

We all must have a list of them :

Films rated as classics we have never gotten round to actually watching.. you know the ones where when you say to someone you haven't seen it they just stare at you open mouthed..

I finally got round to ticking one off my list night...

Raging Bull...

As a self confessed De Niro fan I knew it wouldn't take much for me to like this film.. but his performance was awesome...powerful and enlightening as to the true person that was Jake LaMotta... The film being shot in black & White just adds to the overall experience..

Fight scenes went from a tad hammy to downright brutal.. but overall the film just oozes class.. add it to your list

8/10

I think I've mentioned this ITT before but I presented an idea to a few of the drama folk at uni about the world after the zombie apocalypse. The concept was the world through the eye of the zombie, struggling to rebuild society. No one liked it.

And here we are, ten years later. Obviously I should have added the teen love story.

Meh, you, me and a few others methinks.  I made a 15min short film for my film studies class at 6th form college which was very similar to Warm Bodies, there was even a teen romance

Me and my girlfriend at the time also wrote a full script about brides at war.  We thought it was horrible when we finished.  Someone a few years later put up $30 mill to make this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bride_Wars , ours had a more compelling story, more jokes, less clichéd ridden and overall less shit.  Go figure.

Can't argue with this...

But her Hollywood-accepted English accent, and Pegg's Hollywood-accepted Scotch accent were the only things that marked STID down from a 10 to a 9/10 for me.

The rest of the cast were exceptional.

Think i have found the next Mrs Morris....now where did i put that Rohypnol...

Phenomenon is phenomenal imo. That was the third or fourth time I'd seen it the other night on BBC1. Kyra was so cute before all the work.

You need to do this soonest. 1 & 2 are something special, 3 is ok at best though.

Bullet to the Head - The title says it all. One of the worst films that I have ever seen.
