Hello once again from the Cat/Dog combo as we prod you gently into day two of this year's Luton GUKPT. The current chip leader is David La Ronde with a whopping 100 plus k, but hot on his heels like a snarling terrier are a number of familiar names in Jonothon Butters, Steve Jelinek and Adam Stoneman, not to mention blonde's resident kipper James 'Royal Flush' Dempsey.

Of course, just behind the Flushter is online hotshot Paul 'Pab' Foltyn, but lower those eyes one more place and you'll see blonde live update come poker superstar Dana Immanuel, hot off a day of beating up testosterone pumped opponents and duct-taping up cars for housemates whose bumpers have fallen off.

In the meantime, keep a lookout for Wayne Mardle. 'Celebs' in poker seem to get a bad rep these day, often justifiably so, but on this occasion, the darts supremo has impressed throughout and could be a dark horse to make it through to the final day.

Whatever happens, Rod and I will be at ringside (well, through the doors, up the stairs, down the corridor and into the press room) to make all the hot poker action appear magically onto your screens, so be sure to join in a give a shout out to whomever you may be supporting. With so many blondeites kicking around, it's pincers at the ready and a great excuse for me to post my favourite smilie. Nip nip.

Go Alex, Coxy and Crazy Banjo Lady please.

Hey Snoops, does it suck that your missus is spanking this field (metaphorically, the other would really suck) while you are stood counting how many chips they all have?
