Bent is no good in Premier league, he has no bottle, he can produce in friendlies when defenders dont give a shit, but when it matters he just aint good enough.

[X] When buying a Brasillian, buy a striker or a winger.
[  ] When buying a Brasillian, buy a goalie or a defender. (I know this one from bitter experience).

2 goals in 2 games in a struggling team, has he missed many chances?  £2.5mil in the Dream Team, cant complain at his return for me so far!!!

I know I harp on about Bent but he will always score goals even in a shit team. I would like to see his shots per game / goals score ratio. From what I read he's had very few chances. He will always score more then Keane Smiley

and 32 goals in his 68 premiership games for a decidedly average team prior to joining spurs. hardly the record of someone who isn't good enough, maybe need to look at the way tottenham use him

Spurs really really need a mature holding midfielder. Huddlestone has alot to learn and may yet turn into a quality top flight player but Barry controlled most of the game last night. Then you need a decent striker and another centre half.

All joking aside, Spurs have a decent enough squad.  Ok so they could do with 2 or 3 more quality additions, but who apart from Chelsea, couldn't ?  But their squad is shed loads better than Stoke Sunderland WBA Bolton Wigan West Ham Fulham and Hull, and possibly another 3 or 4 teams as well.

When Ramos first arrived the first thing he did was get the lads fit enough to compete for 90 minutes, then he gave them the structure so it was tough to score against them.  Within weeks they went from laughable no hopers to a competative, side, capable of taking on anyone.

Even losing Berby and Keano that shouldn't have changed that much.  I haven't watched them yet this season, so I don't get what's wrong.  Obv the keeper is potentially part of the problem.  Have they got lazy and tired again ?

I seriously heard someone from the media asking whether Ramos's job is safe.

Even spurs couldn't.........................
