-1 for having to eat it with your fingers

-1 for having to eat it at your kitchen worktop facing some psychedelic tiles

-2 for only having 3 ingredients

-1 for application of brown sauce before the voters get to see the breakfast

Overall 5/10

Decent effort mate but what do you dip your bread in if you haven't got a fried egg?

probably the frying pan

Matt - I'd pay good money for that breakfast. Possibly even as much as the ingredients cost you. The bacon looks really good and fk the haters those sausages look delicious.
No tomatoes is a plus as is the presence of two eggs and the mushrooms look tasty.
Hash browns? Meh. Leaving them off would have meant room for the fried bread.
Coffee gets a plus from me. Haven't drunk tea since 1985.

Overall, a good 8/10 but reduced to 7/10 due to an absence of orange juice.

well done Matt for the effort.

This does not mean it was a good result. Time and effort has gone into the Breakfast for sure.

So my thoughts

1. Plate is to small
2. Eggs are more steamed than fried no butter used to baste and not enough temperature in the pan for crispy edges. Needs seasoning to!.
3. Bacon is cooked spot on.
4. Black Pudding has been hacked and not sliced even. Should be softly cooked not crispy. It also should be served next to the egg
Black pudding and egg work very well together. School boy error.
5. Sausage cooked very poorly. The darkest part is spot on but should be the same all around the sausage.
6. Hash Browns WTF so you source quality produce and then put this processed junk on the plate!
7. Beans are beans. Not to be served next to black pudding.
8 No tomato of any description
9.Bread looks ok. Toast should be toasted just looks like it needed more time.
10. No scrambled buttery egg.
11. No seasoning anywhere!
12 No tea! or fruit juice
13. Mushrooms overcooked need softer cooking in Butter
14. Hygiene looks very good.

6.5/10

Regards

I was worried about the sausages being undercooked so I just whacked them in the oven for 15 mins before to make sure they wouldn't kill me.

Sausages won't kill you. Raw sausage meat is gorgeous.

Smaller, straighter sausages. Should be easier to manage in the pan.

No! Keep the sausages, they looked gorgeous. To help avoid striping, cook the sausages first with lots of oil in the pan. The deeper oil will cook the sausage further up its circumference. Excess oil can be discarded after sausages are done.

I think people thinking your a big hard bloke is skewing the scores.

Big plate of shite mate and if you remove the hash browns you may aswell feed Ronni eggs till he pukes in a fring pan and serve it as an omelette.
