One rule. Must be at least one photo of the streak cut open to assess how well it has been cooked  if you're going to impose that as a rule then we have to agree in advance how well done it should be. you also have to prove all three of yours are the same so you can't just cook them for different times and pick the best one lol. well they'll all be cooked together so should be the same. mine are going to be medium rare. |
