Anyone who goes to america for 3-4 months and makes $250k not just on one tourny has to be a good player,so my vote goes to the young ex-local (jamie),but i think dave penly has the game to be trouble.

Andrew Teng raises to 36k from the small blind and Paul Rigg calls, as we see what Jon Raab remarks is "only our second flop of this level,"

Teng bets 40k, Rigg looks disinterested and folds immediately.

Jamie Brown's hold of the table is exemplified by the fact he receives a second walk in a row.

More Brown domination, Andrew Teng raises to 30k and Brown raises an additional 90k from the small blind. Ever since that huge pot he won from Rigg before the break, I don't think Brown has put a single foot wrong and people just aren't wanting to play a pot against him.

And just as I say that, he steals Mike Moore's big blind from the button.

Jamie Brown makes it his now traditional 28k from under the gun. Dave Penly reraises to 85k from the cutoff before Mike Move moves all-in from the button. Everyone, including Brown passes back to Penly who asks for a count and gets told it's an additional 124k which represents the majority of Penly's remaining stack.

Penly looks uncomfortable for a moment as he counts his stack while Moore stands away from the table, looking quietly confident. Penly decides to fold.

Moore shows .

Penly and Rigg look to be the two short stacks with about 200k each.

my money is on Riggy to turn it around - after all he mentored my missus for a short period so he would have picked up some useful short stack play advice Smiley

Paul Rigg raises to 35k from the small blind, Jamie Brown who has probably reraised at lleast two thirds of Rigg's preflop raises sets him in and once again Rigg gives it up.

Dave Penly gets a walk.

Rigg pushes and takes Mike Moore's big blind.

Andrew Teng gets a walk, play has seemingly tightened up just a tad over the last 20 minutes. Even Jamie Brown has slowed down a bit.

Mike Moore raises to 42k on the button. Paul Rigg reraises all-in for about 200k from the small blind. Moore thinks as he riffles his chips, eventually a clock gets called on him.

The Brighton man folds, showing the .

Dinner break after this level.

Jamie Brown gets a walk next hand. Again!

It all goes in between small blind Jamie Brown and big blind Dave Penly

Brown:
Penly:

And just when you pick up a hand against the dominant aggressive chip leader, he's found a monster.

Dave Penly is OUT in 5th place winning £14,690

Rough Chip Counts:

Paul Rigg -- 280k
Jamie Brown -- 1.25 million
Mike Moore -- 323k
Andrew Teng -- 380k ("Card dead the last hour and the other two stacks are the perfect size for rejamming on me.")

Paul Rigg raises to 43k from the small blind and Jamie declines this time.

Paul Rigg raises again to 43k from the button and takes the blinds and antes worth 28k a time.

Everyone's favourite Dena, Dena, is doing the announcing.
