Whoever compiled these odds has been drinking. Score so far ariston 3 bluesquare 0. See you have trimmed isabelle and bengt accordingly but you seem to have made a rick on a couple of the other matches.
Todays selections:
Julian Thew 4/6 (bit skinny but this ones a banker)
Isabelle 4/6(again skinny but I still think she will win the event so have to follow her here )
John Kabbaj 11/10 (odds against? I know Mickeys in form but cannot refuse these odds)
Pascal evs (pascals style of play will beat roys)
Dave C evs (noah can play but to have dave c as the outsider makes no sense)
Burley Johns 5/6 (he will grind him down and get through)
I wouldve included chubbs but you have put him in at 4/6 and I dont think thats value even though I believe he will win.
Remember folks these are the oppinions of a lunatic and anyone getting there fingers burnt by following these is just as crazy as ironside. Grin

Good luck.  Lets see what happens. We have two way action on some of these players now, so someone out there disagrees with you :-)

I reckon we're good for at least a couple of goals against Ariston this round.  Let the games commence  Smiley

Id better elaborate before someone thinks I am slating roy. His style of play suits a certain type of game/opponent. Pascals game is not the sort that I think roy can cope with (remember we are talking oppinions). I think roy wouldve been much better facing a lot of different people in this round and this is a potential banana skin for him. Shall we forget yesterdays 3-0 scoreline and keep score from today until sunday (I go to New Orleans monday so no action from me after then). Loser gives say 50 to the truth charity? ? ?

we're already giving a substantial amount to poker4charity this week so lets keep this sporting, but how about we play heads up for 50 to charity some time (although not at a grosvenor event cos I'm barred from playing there) in the near future?

Best plays today imo

Martin Cedercrantz: For me maybe the fav to win the whole thing. even money against Rozz is...v good
Peter Eichard : Sorry Ariston, odds is totally out of line here, peter has game.
El Blondie: Noah is ok, but Dave shoul absolutely be  fav here.
ANd Id be betting mr Thew and mr Larsson aswell, prices are low but probably not low enough.

I know peter is a great player (and one of your pals bengt) but I believe isa will win this event. Whoever wins your 3rd round match will be a very short fav (imo) for the event. Cant wait to see what happens when he tries to bully/run over her.

Insidentally I will not be backing in the 3rd round if you and isa get through as it is just too close to call. Any other price but 5/6 the pair may get me interested though.  Martin to win the whole thing? I must admit I hadnt looked at him as a possible winner but your oppinion is definately valued and I will now have a real close look at him.
