Could be a bargain because the auction ends well before peak time next Sunday.  thumbs up

I'm waiting for the red ones to go up!

I guess it's 'Fit for Human Consumption'. Mint sauce in a jar, what's gonna go wrong with it in 2 years that didn't go wrong in the first year?

Loads of hotel rooms for £1, perhaps useful for some poker trips?

Best Before: legal
Use By: dubious

I bought 5 kilo's of coffee once really cheaply because it was past it's best before date and was really really cheap.

The only effect is that it loses some of it's strength so 5 kg = 4.5kg effectively.

Some things would obviously be a lot riskier.

Not sure how true it is, but I heard once from someone in the biz that coffee companies repackage and redate stuff that's past it's use by date coz it never goes off
