The long awaited Bernie Holmes interview is now in the bag. As long as our battery stays in tact, we'll get that up for you as soon as we can.

On the very first hand back, Billy Defty made it 30,000 and Bernie Holmes called in the big blind. Both players checked the flop, but Defty came out firing with a bet of 50,000. Holmes threw his cards into the muck before the chips had barely hit the felt.

A small crowd has now gathered around today's final table. I'd love to tell you that it was because of the exciting action oozing from the final table, but the truth is that they're all waiting for tonight's freezeout to start.

Cristiano Blanco raises to 35k UTG. Trevor Reardon moves all-in next to him and it's passed back to the Italian.

A minute of thinking before Cristiano says, "Call!" and big TR turns over . It's probably as good as Cristiano could have hoped given that he is holding . The two shake hands and we're off to the races...

..(and Trevor Reardon already starts to get out of his chair)... two hearts

Trevor Reardon is out in 7th place officially winning £6,510

Bernie Holmes and Billy Defty reached a flop of . Defty led for 40,000, Holmes raised to 135,000 and Defty folded pocket eights face-up.

Cristiano Blanco raised to 34,000 from the button and Ints Grinbaums defended from the big blind. Blanco then took down the pot with a bet of 80,000 on a , showing a king as his opponent mucked his cards. Solid start from Blanco who, incidentally, was frustrated during the dinner break after making "a couple of big mistakes".

It gets to the turn of a board where Ints Grinbaums bets 60k from the small blind and Nick Hicks makes the call. The river is the and both players check. Nick turns over but he's been pipped by Ints Grinbaums' turned bigger two pair, allowing the Latvian to regain some of the chips he'd lost the previous hand and then some.
