Just to go back to yesterday's ruling, when I first gave my views was when we thought that Priyan had said "I've got to call" after the all-in bet has been made. However, if this was not the case, this changes everything.
The most shocking part of the decision for me was the farce of the TD coming across when the ruling had been half made, seeing Frazer's chips all over the line, and thinking that this was the state of play when Priyan made his comment. The TD has got to have the know-how and authority to establish the facts of the situation and make a ruling he believes in, rather than making a decision on part of the evidence, or wanting to back  up rhe rest of his team.

If it really is the case that this technically is the correct ruling now, that almost makes the situation worse. Either the situation has changed and the players were not told. Or a number of situations I have seen in the past years should have been enforced but never were, as the TD has made a bizarre and secret decision to suddnenly clamp down on a situation that everyone was familiar with.

I really don't think anyone should question Iwan Jones' integrity; when he said what he did, he could not even have known who it would benefit, and his comment was probably out of frustration of the same kind of ruling randomly being enforced and not enforced over the previous couple of days. But vul Priyan, must be so hard to take.

Gl to all; I played with Ramsay in Ireland, and was very impressed. No surprises at all to see a final table full of young players that we haven't heard much of before. Probably more to come!

Good luck to Ramsey and Andreas. I finalled the same £100rebuy as Nick Holbrook in the summer and he managed to run over the table, knocking everyone out himself so I think hes gonna be tough to beat.

Nicholas Holbrook wins the first hand with a raise, showing the .

In the third hand, one of the players makes good on the plan to go after Andreas Hoivold. Hoivold raises to 24k and Ramsey Ajram reraises to 75k pushing the Norwegian out of the pot.

Richard Lewindon moves all-in on Keir Ratcliff's big blind but doesn't get called.

Good luck to Andreas. Would be a great boost for the GUKPT if an overseas player, and especially a former EPT winner, took this one down.

The one person I don't like in the whole piece is not Iwan, but Frazer. He starts inane, midly aggressive banter with anyone under the age of thirty throughout the hand, and so to then take a massive advanatge of this situation is a bit sick.

Mental note- next time I have the best hand against him, I will be asking "Are you going to call a bet?". Would this count under the same ruling?

Would be very interesting if Andreas wins, as it could bring a lot more Norwegians over. But is that a good thing for the players? This should be a quality final.

Im guessing but if he says Yes and its in a Grosvenor then he will have to call any bet you make!

Keir Ratcliff moves all-in next hand on the button for 85,500 over the top of Nathan Lee's initial raise. Call!

Ratcliff:

Lee:

Two Clubs

Ratcliff doubles up and Lee is left very short indeed with just 46k.
