The Cardiff boys normally have a last longer wager, and it could just be that Martin C has just won it with Iwan's untimely exit, as it sounds like the rest have fallen by the wayside

Well, James is out as we know, but I think most will agree he's made a positive impression and has done very well to have consecutibe 3rd places in the £500 and £750 events. If he'd hit on the hand it may well have been a sublime three finals in a row. I'm sure there's more to come from him in the future.

I think you should do some work tikay! How come no appearence on 425 by either you or ted!

Unlucky on your exit, but these are the hands that build your stack for a final...

I may be in my living room, but I can confirm that poor James Fisher went out in the first 15 minutes. His QQ was turned over by JJ, & he lost his second tranche pretty damn quick too.

As to Jen's riposte. Well,, that's told me good & proper. "Unsettlingly". Another new word coined by Jen the wordsmith. No education, that's her problem.

Ali Mallou is OUT taking the old AK vs QQ shot, and rumour has it his opponent spiked the set of Queens to put a full stop on that one.

About an hour to go here and it looks like as per usual they're not going to get close to 18, but we're in for a long second day, commencing at 3pm tomorrow.
Here's Jonathan Raab showing no signs of flagging in his job moonlighting as an updater.

Trevor Reardon has been short stacked all day and is starting to look slightly sour faced. A good double up should solve that. Big TR is currently on 9.2k.

Junior is also struggling - 10.6k

Binelli - 17k
M.Tyler - 13kk
M. Wernick - 55k
Don Jones - 15k
El Blondie - 24k
Andy Gomm - 8.5k

I still have 10000000000000000000000000k.

But James Atkin was more than happy to wax long and lyrical about the pros and cons of his exit play.  And have a beer, which is good as I'm not sure what would happen if you gave him caffeine.

He is going to lose a fantastic heads up battle in the final of a major comp to a tall dark handsome mustacheoed stranger

The nun was not playing although has that twitchy 'wish I was, though' look about her.  I'm off to see how the chips have been moving.
