Tom Rutter has just this second been eliminated. Positioned under-the-gun with , it looks as though he made a raise preflop and was called behind by Dave Colclough in the cut-off with . By the turn of a , all the monies were in the middle, El Blondie simply praying for the board not to pair. Alas for young Rutter, it didn't, and the river not only sealed his exit, but gave the former GUKPT winner a most timely of double ups.

That's what Tom said.

I walked over to table Thew to see him betting 1100 into a pot of 2300 with a flop of 6 K 4 Iwan Jones called the bet and Tim Flanders moved all in for 4125 total

Julian thought fir a minute and moved all in himself Iwan quickly folded

Julian showed   and Tim showed pocket 66 for middle set

The turn bought the  two hearts to give Julian the flush draw but the river was another king to make FLanders the full house

Julian down to 3k

We've lost Nathan Lee. I wasn't watching the hand at the time, but when I saw him rise from his seat I raced over like Ben Johnson on his way to the chemists to see Josh Tyler scooping the pot with A-T versus A-K on a gut-wrenching K-9-Q-Q-J board. Oooh, nasty.

Dave Colclough has eliminated John Tabatabai, and although Jon Kalmar tried to make El Blondie "look like a fish" by reporting that "he called an all-in with ace high", he had a rather big ace in A-K. Still, Tabatabai had queens, so it was your classic coin-flip, and one in which the veteran took down when a second bullet hit the board.

Double up for local lad Mohammed Hassan who left Zhang Yu with the most perplexing of decision as he pushed all in for 4,550 on a board. With over 10,000 already in the pot, Yu was unable to fold his , and his worst fears were cemented as Hassan flipped over for the flopped set. An on the river made no difference, and Hassan snapped up the pot.

Can you guess which one of these young dudes just hit the deck?

Nope, it's not a double bluff like Brucie used to do on Place Your Cards Right - Sam Trickett has indeed been eliminated. It took two hands in the end, although I think the first one perhaps made the biggest dent. With all the chips going in for a 33,000 pot, Trickett's pocket kings looked in superb shape against Josh Tyler's pocket queens, but a lesbian threesome on the flop left Trickett with just a couple of hundred chips and an aburpt end to what I'm sure was an otherwise enjoyable massage.

"I might as well pay you now," suggested Trickett as he rose from his seat and donned his coat. He was right to be lacking confidence, as it was a repeat performance on the next hand, Zachary Ford hammering in the final nail with versus on an ensuing , the first card being the crucial one on both occasions.

BTW - was there any announcements re: the rules and rulings before starting? After the speech play thing in Brighton thought they were going to do something?
