Nick Gibson raised to 4,600, only for David Birtles to min-raise to 9,200. On the flop, both players checked, before Birtles led out for 7,000 on the turn. Gibson called. As soon as the river hit, Birtles pushed all in for 40,000, putting Gibson to a decision for virtually all his chips. After a long dwell, Gibson made the fold.

I won't reveal his hand, but I will say Gibson made a huge laydown. What's the minimum you call with given the details above?

aces full, of any description

I pretty much agree. I think the big decisions come with 1010, JJ and KK, and the nut flush. Any aces full is a call. If you have reason to suspect he is definitely not bluffing, trips, straight or lower flush is an easy pass.

Most borderline hand to decide I believe is JJ.
any updates on Ryan Fronda an andy "blessed" miles

Well, Ryan 'The Model' Fronda did have 20,700, when I checked, patiently grinding away, his body twisted sideways as if waiting to leave... then, when I returned to my seat, he did indeed leave, A-Q no good against Steve Chadwick's pocket queens.

As for Andy Miles, he has 31,000.

David Jones is on 35,000. Here he is smiling after taking down a pot.

Ben Vinson raised to 30,000 from early position, David Jones pushed from all in from the big blind for just over 30,000, Vinson insta-calls.

Aces versus sevens, Jones spiked a seven on the turn to leave Vinson with around 20,000.

Jones nearly broke into a smile, but conceded at the last second.

LOL that he still wears that ridic hoody out. [  ] he sure still goes to uni

zomg, iwwil to actually like run Jones. For 1 day in my life, id like to run like him plz.

Also ' raises to 30,000 from early position' with Aces? [ ] a truly gr8 gr8 raise size

Sorry, yes, it was just a standard raise from Ben Vinson.

When I spoke to Dan Carter earlier, he had around 60,000 and said, "I've been up and down, made a lot of loose calls earlier and hit part of the board, but not enough of it." However, since then, it would appear as though Carter has doubled through because he now has closer to the 100,000 mark.

The biggest pot went to Joe Grech. He and Osman Mustanoglu entered into a mammoth preflop raising war with Grech's aces holding up against queens. This is why he is now your current chip leader with 230,000.
