Yeah for me i would say no, i would sacrifice some EV for reduced variance but i would not settle for less than 100k, its all down to personally circumstance though, if i worked instead of being lucky enough to do well at poker i would probably be forced to take a lower offer. 80k would not change my life 250k would.

I would like to say i would say no deal to anything less than 126 but i know i would take 100k.

yeh, fair enough, depends on circumstances mainly, and if they have balls to go for it.

personally i would of looked for 100k but i would be tempted and might deal at 90k but no deal for 80k (even though its a hell of a lot of money for me)

watching a repeat show on more4+1 just now with 250k 100k 75k 50k 20k left 3k and 3 blues left

was this a biggy?

I Love this show.

Is it an orginal concept or bought in from abroad?

I am so sad I have asked the missus for a video recorder for xmas mainly to record this show.

The very best best money I ever spent was on a Hard Drive/DVD recorder, I use it all the time and I can watch what I want when I want in all its digital glory, and if it's worth keeping I chuck it on to DVD. A real must have.

As for 'Deal or no Deal', I cannot watch it at all any more. At first I could just about handle beardy, now with the constant repetition of that bs that someone just mentioned ('well 10's been a lucky box over the last few weeks', 'let the banker kwow you're prepared to gamble') blah blah blah, it's infuriating to watch now.
The only only thing I can watch it for is when someone is offered about £20K, rejects it, gambles ludicrously, then goes away with 10p. Makes it all worthwhile.

Countdown is awesome too:
