03.45 just read through the updates, top stuff guys thank you.

Question? as i can only ever dream of playing this kind of tourney. 20K starting chips, and the clock is showing blinds at 250/500 and over HALF the field have been knocked out!!! is this the norm for this level of tournament? Seems strange to me but as i say i never play at this level.

One hand from last night that warrants a mention of only for the calmness of Mo afterwards......

Karl to my left reraises Mo and Mo flat calls.

Flop comes    MO bets out, arl pushes all in Mo calls.

Karl has    MO has

As Mo tunrs over his hand Karl calls it and once the cards are over start berating himself for being so stupid, he is now out of the touney.

Turn no help but the river is the .

Mo doesn't flinch, takes it in his stride, its a pain but he keeps smiling. Both of them are very gentlmanly about it all. And after loosing half his stack he still has over 100 big blinds.....lovely structure.

No idea if its the norm as its the first 1k tourney I have played but I think it will slow down a lot today.
Might be wrong though!!

Go Big Bazza and MC (that would be an odd looking heads up match).

Would be a good little story if MC turned his dissapointment at the grading into a nice score in Nottingham.

Mo Muse indeed. One of the top ten tournament players in the world on current form.
GL Mo and Ding, get it won over the next 218 days' play.

sorry about that, one of the tables wasn't entered on the system before we left last night it seems

A reminder DTD has a 2 day 10,000 chip £250 starting at 3pm today. We'll keep an eye on that comp too on this thread
