Hey all,

Quite a few people have asked me to create a Vegas blog to keep everyone updated on whats going on while im here for the 22 days so will try to keep this going, especially now as I actually have the internet in my room.

Well, I set off yesterday from home after seeing the family for a few days and got dropped off at Gatwick at 7 am.  Went to the check in desk and was met by a very pleasent young lady and after a bit of charm and pleasentaries I managed to nfind myself with a free upgrade. Weeeeeee running good and the trip hadnt even started.  Went for a regulation breakfast and got on the plane and was very happy to see a seperated chair and ample leg room.  Not only that but the food was actually fresh and included a Smoked Salmon salad which was awesome.

I flew into Philli where I was expecting a 6 hour connectio delay until they managed to get me on an earlier flight so only had a 4 hour stop.  Cue trading on the Querrey vs Cilic game at Wimbledon and the USa vs Spain confedarations cup game from some airport Bar Philli.  Managed to win enough to cover the flights so was a happy bunny.  Eventually got to Vegas at around 9 pm and was shattered.  Checked into the room and was quite happy with the room seeing as I had herd one or two bad things about the Flamingo.  After a quick shower I decided to head straight to the Rio to buy in to the $3k triple chance on Sunday and the Main Event and saw flushy in one of the comps.  Bless him constantly looking around for camera's and his railers, neither were anywhere to be seen.  I had a quick chat and was pleased to hear he was already in the money and had Matusow in his pocket Wink  Managed to grab an early night last night after winning $1k on the blackjack when I got back to the Flamingo.

Wondered down to Caesers today for their $340 deepstack and boy is it soft.  I actually saw a guy limp, shove for 17k at 300/600/50 after a raise to 1900 that had received a caller.  The caller then called the all in.  I complimented him on trapping well until he flipped over  and saw the limp shover had  .  Hmmmmmmm wp boys.  Structure gave us 15k stack on a 50 min clock and was actually very enjoyable and incredibly soft.  Sadly I got all my money in with  on a  flop vs someone who had flatted me pre with  and I sure didnt get there.

Have wondered back to the hotel room now and eventually managed to get the Internet in my room.  Will probably wonder up to the Rio tonigth to raid all the freebies from Full Tilt, and will then have a chilled out cash session somewhere tonight.

Looking forward to the diary Neil.

Just because you are in Vegas though, that does not excuse you from updating the daily Wimbledon tips thread.

Without your tennis tips I may have to rely on Barry's dog tips to make a living.

Have wondered back to the hotel room now

Is this some kind of teleportation skill? Why did you bother getting a flight to Vegas, couldn't you have just 'wondered' your way there? Tongue

Sad news is I cant bet on betfair while in Vegas, against their rules so ive lost a bit of interest in it sadly.  So I phoned them and asked what I could do and they said nothing.  I asked if I could phone up and place a bet ovr the phone and he said, I can now but not when I arrive in Vegas.  Hmmmmmmmmm I asked how he could tell where I was and he said from the dialing code.  That obviously worked seeing as I called him my mobile in the hotel room in Vegas.

Sure does make it impossible to trade IR.
You could always find a putter-onner if you just want to back something but otherwise you're struggling. You can't even read stuff on certain forums.

Im absoutly gutted, especially seeing as a major darts comp is here in two weeks.  Had visions of me traing from the crowd and having a 5 sec advantage on everyone trading in the Uk.  Bye bye dreams of being a millionaire Sad

On a better note I went to play the 2/5 game at MGM last night and its a nice mix of soft and solid players.  Got chatting to a young local pro who told me that the $1500 limit shootout today is the softest bracelet event there is and I should play it.  I agreed I would if I made $1500 at the cash that night.  After a nice heater im now playing the shootout event in 4 hours time after making $1750 in the session.  Yes im free rolling it but the problem I dont actually know the rules of limit poker.  Oh well will be comical to play and I only have to beat 9 others apparently and then another 9 and then im final table.

Off to chill by the pool for a couple of hours and then going Bracelet hunting, weeeeeeeeeeeeeee
